Rubber beading is an essential but often overlooked component of any vibrating screen installation. It serves as the sealing, cushioning, and fixing interface between the wire mesh panel and the metal screen frame — preventing material bypass around the panel edges, absorbing vibration and impact between the mesh and frame structure, reducing noise, and protecting the wire mesh edges from direct metal-to-metal abrasion against the frame.
